Welcome to eFlightLog!
eFlightLog was developed for professional helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft operators with multi-aircraft and multi-pilot operations, in order to meet complex regulatory requirements and efficiently manage the high level of documentation involved.
Done with paperwork!
With eFlightLog, you avoid unnecessary paperwork. Data is entered only once and reused, and documents are stored in a secure cloud environment, accessible at any time to authorized users
FOCA/BAZL Approved!
eFlightLog is already in use by several helicopter operators and has been approved by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) as a digital replacement for the formerly handwritten “Flight Log / Technical Report.”

1. Flight Planning
Pilot and aircraft assignments are recorded and managed by authorized users.
All parties are automatically notified by email – including in case of changes.
Bookings can be displayed in list or calendar view (week / month / year).
Synchronization of Flight Data
At check-in, the booking is linked to the flight. Previously entered planning data is automatically transferred.
After the mission, bookings are supplemented with the actual flight data.
Calendar-Feed
The calendar feed allows you to display your appointments in your personal online calendar (e.g., Google, Apple, Outlook, Thunderbird).

2. Flight Logging
Flight data that previously had to be written down on paper is now entered directly by the pilot into eFlightLog and is immediately available online for CAMO, head office, and administration.
Avoid Transmission Errors
No more transcription errors and no more copying flight sheets by hand.
Flight Data Entry
Simple online entry using a step-by-step assistant that guides users through the data capture process.
Transfer of Planning Data
Planning data is transferred into flight data entry using the “Check-In” function.
Recording Training and External Load Flights
Easy recording of instruction time and external load rotations, ready for invoicing. Make it easy for yourself and your pilots.
Compatible with Synovel Flight Data Recorder
If the Synovel Flight Data Recorder is installed, flight data can be entered with a single click.
Monitoring Maintenance Deadlines
Aircraft maintenance due dates are displayed in the FlightLog. Preflight checks and LCS maintenance are signed off as “completed” by the pilot.
Automated Notifications
Immediate automatic email to CAMO/head office when damage or anomalies (discrepancies) are reported.
FOCA Approved
After a successful audit, the system is officially approved by FOCA as a paperless Technical Log / Flight Report.

3. Flight List
List of All Completed Flights
Simple listing of all completed flights, including access to versioned FlightLog PDF copies.
Synovel Flight Data Recorder
If you use the Synovel Flight Data Recorder, the flight route can be displayed in OpenStreetMap.

Additional Features
Many additional features save you valuable time and effort. How many hours are you still wasting today on unnecessary administrative tasks?
Pilot License Management
Integrated pilot license management with automatic expiry reminders and submission of license updates by the pilot.
Bexio Interface
Billing of flight and instruction times, external load flights, and landings via the Bexio interface. Prepayment packages are possible.
DirectInfo Pilot Information System
Pilots are automatically informed about new information or directives via DirectInfo, including read confirmation for administration.
Blue Eye Compatibility
xport of flight data to Blue Eye by MRX Maintenance Solutions.
PDF Copies of FlightLogs
To ensure traceability, a PDF copy of the FlightLog is saved and distributed via email upon sign-off. After sign-off, any change to the FlightLog generates a new PDF with a version number. All versions remain accessible.
capzlog.aero Integration
If the pilot/student/instructor has a capzlog.aero account, flight data is exported directly to their logbook upon completion of a FlightLog – including recorded landing markers and training data.
Periodic Maintenance Tasks
Periodic maintenance tasks are displayed to the pilot in the assistant. If deadlines have expired, confirmation of task completion is required first. Confirmation/approval can be performed online and in real time by a technician.
If licenses have expired, the pilot may only be assigned as a student/co-pilot.
Discrepancies Management
Reporting discrepancies (including photos) is integrated into the assistant. The pilot has access to a MEL.
Damage reports are immediately forwarded by email to CAMO, including a link to categorize the discrepancy (MEL, deferred, AOG) and schedule the repair.
All discrepancies are available to CAMO in list form, creating a structured to-do list for repairs.
Statistical Evaluations
Various statistical evaluations such as FOCA Mountain Landings Statistics, Flight Time Tables, FOCA company statistics, and more.

One System That Gives Everyone More Time for What Matters
By entering flight data directly into the system, transferring paper tech logs into digital format is no longer necessary. Billing of flight and instruction time is automated, and reports are available at the click of a button.
Transferring booking data into flight data entry (Check-In) saves pilots significant effort before departure and reduces input errors. With the FlightAssistant, pilots are guided step by step through flight entry, and entries are continuously validated to minimize errors.
Pilots are actively involved in monitoring maintenance deadlines and are prompted to report any damage or anomalies immediately. This allows problems to be identified early and helps prevent costly consequential damage.
