Save the location (Airport) at which the aircraft is stationed, together with the Date On which the aircraft is available at this airport in the Aircraft Home Base section of the Aircraft detail view.
Leave Date Off empty for an indefinite time period. When the location changes, save a new Aircraft Home Base record with the corresponding Date On, the Date Off is automatically set in preceding records..
The aircraft will now be shown (if available to the current user) in the appropriate Airport section of the FlightPlan calendar views only in the defined time spans. If the aircraft is available in more than one airport in a FlightPlan calendar time span, the dates on which the aircraft is not available appear greyed out, no booking is possible.
If you save non-consecutive time-spans, it is possible that an aircraft is not available at any of the listed airports on certain days. Bookings previously made for this aircraft on these days will not be visible any more in calendar views.
