If your user role is ‚Editor‘, you can upload board documents for an aircraft.
For Editors an upload area is visible in FlightAssistant. Enter a (short) name for the document, the date of expiry (if present), choose a file and click on ‚Upload‘. (Files must be in png or jpg format because pdf download breaks the application on iPads).
Keep the names for documents short and reusable (e.g. ‚Airworthiness‘ or ‚Insurance ground‘ etc.). Uploading a file with the same name replaces an existing document.
After upload, the file is listed under ‚Board Documents‘ showing the date of and the number of days until expiry, with a link to view the file. Editors can delete the file with the delete button.
Expiry of Board Documents creates a status of ‚Not ready to fly!‚.
