Email templates for License Reminder emails and passenger orientation emails can be created or edited in the Backend in the ‚Posts‘ () menu.
Clicking on the menu shows the predefined email templates.
A post (Beitrag) is identified as email template by its ‚permalink‚ ending:
- License Reminder 1: license_reminder_1
- License Reminder 2: license_reminder_2
- License Reminder 3: license_reminder_3
- Passenger orientation email, departure from Altenrhein (LSZR): confirmation_lszr
The 3 License Reminder email templates are installed per default, but you must edit the templates to add the correct contact data, signatures etc.
Because the passenger orientation differs depending on the departure airport, a passenger orientation email template must be created for each departure airport for which you wish to enable orientation emails. The permalink must be ‚confirmation_‘ plus the ICAO-Code of the departure airport. An example for LSZR is provided.
The email templates contain special tags in brackets [ ]. These tags are replaced by the corresponding text when creating the email. The tags are case-sensitive, be sure to use the exact spelling when inserting them in new templates.
