As Editor, you can edit the data in any FlightLog until it is exported to MRX Maintenance Systems.
To open a FlightLog for editing, the Access Key for the aircraft must be installed on your computer.
Either choose the ‚FlightLog‘ menu item and navigate to the desired FlightLog, or (recommended) use the link in FlightList to open the FlightLog form showing the desired FlightLog.
As soon as you save a change in a completed FlightLog ( = with PIC Sign-Off), a new version of the PDF FlightLog copy is created. All versions can be viewed on FlightList.
You will be asked to confirm mailing the new Version of the PDF FlightLog copy to all the original recipients (pilot, copilot, instructor, additional email recipients, CAMO). Choose ‚OK‘ if the new version should be sent to all recipients. If you choose ‚Cancel‘ (‚Abbrechen‘), the new Version of the PDF FlightLog copy will only be mailed to CAMO-Email (see Settings).
If you correct flight time, rotor turning time, landings or cycles entries and consecutive FlightLogs exist, the new totals are carried forward – creating a new PDF-copy (with new version number) for each consecutive FlightLog.
These new FlightLog versions are not automatically mailed to the original recipients. If you wish to resend these FlightLog PDF copies you must manually save each consecutive FlightLog (add a space to ‚Flight Reporting Details‘ if no changes are necessary, just to activate the ‚Save‘ button) and then confirm mailing PDF copy to each recipient.
