In the Pilots form, choose the license type you wish to allocate to the pilot and enter the expiry date in the subform Pilot Licenses.
Depending on the setting in License Types, you must also choose for which aircraft type, engine type or number of engines the license is for.
Attention: If you do not enter an expiry date, the license never expires, the option ‚Grounded on expiry‘ in the License Type is ignored!
Click on ‚Save‘ to add the license.
To edit an entry, click on the edit button to the right. The license entry is transferred to the input area and can be changed and saved.
To delete a Pilot License click on the delete button.
License expiry reminders can be sent manually for the pilot by clicking on the send reminder email button. Reminders are generated for all Pilot- and LCS-Licenses with 60, 30 and 0 days left before expiry (1st, 2nd and 3rd reminder).
