Cancelled flights statistic

On cancelling a flight, the user is invited to specify a reason for the cancellation (see User-Help: cancelled flights). A statistic of cancellations is available in the backend ‚Statistics‘ menu. Because the same booking can be cancelled and reactivated multiple times, the current booking status is also shown.
