When a FlightLog is completed with PIC Sign Off, a PDF Copy of the current FlightLog is generated and sent to Pilot, Copilot, Instructor and to the additional email recipients of the Aircraft (if defined). You can add further recipients in the input provided (separate multiple entries with comma (,) ).
Every change in a FlightLog after PIC Sign Off generates a new version of the FlightLog Copy, but only the first version is sent automatically per email. To view later edited versions of your FlightLog go to FlightList and download the current version from there.
The PDF-Copy contains the FlightLog status at saving, and shows
- the current FlightLog page
- a List of all recorded Landing Markers
- a List of maintenance tasks / checks performed by PIC
- Certificate of Release to Service (if one was created in this FlightLog)
- a summary of Defect/Damage/Anomaly Reports in this FlightLog
- the current Hold Item List (HIL) of the aircraft
- a list of the email recipients for the original FlightLog version.
