The Access Key for the corresponding aircraft must be installed on each computer where the user must be able to edit or create FlightLogs.
As Pilot/FI you will, as a rule, only be creating/editing FlightLogs on the mobile device dedicated to the aircraft which you are currently flying, and the Access Key for that aircraft will already be installed on the device.
Should the Access Key have been changed or not yet set, you will be prompted to enter it when you try to open FlightLog for a particular aircraft. The Access Key is available from your eFlightLog domain editor. To enable FlightLog for this aircraft on this device enter the Access Key in the dialogue .
