A booking with status ‚booked‘ can not be deleted. To remove a booked flight from FlightPlan, it must be cancelled. To cancel a flight, change the Booking Type to ‚Cancelled‘ or click on ‚Cancel Flight‚ in the booking pop-up.
On cancelling a flight, your are asked to specify a reason for the cancellation for statistical purposes. Choose an entry in the dialog shown.
If you choose ‚Other‘ as the reason, a textbox appears and you are invited to enter details to the reason for the cancellation (voluntary). Click on ‚Continue‘ to close the dialog.
When you save the booking, it is transferred to the cancelled flights list. Cancelled flights are not visible in FlightPlan calendar- or list-views.
Click on the ‚Cancelled Flights‘ button in FlightPlan to show a list of your cancelled bookings.
To reactivate a booking, edit the booking and set the desired date for your flight – after saving the booking it will be visible again in the FlightPlan views.
