To edit a booking, click on the corresponding block in Week- or Month-View or on the ‚Edit‘-Button in list view.
As Pilot/Student you can only edit bookings in which you are defined as Pilot or Copilot/Student. The list of pilots/copilots to choose from contains you and all FI’s allocated to the aircraft. As Pilot/Student you must choose yourself as either Pilot or Copilot, you can not make bookings in which you don’t occur.
As FI (Flight Instructor) you can only edit bookings in which you are defined as Pilot/Instructor or Copilot/Student. The list of pilots/copilots contains ALL Pilots allocated to the aircraft (FI, CPL, Students).
As CPL (Commercial Pilot) you can only edit bookings in which you are defined as Pilot/Instructor or Copilot/Student. The list of pilots/copilots contains all FI’s and all CPL’s allocated to the aircraft.
As FI or CPL you can transfer your own bookings to other FI’s or CPL’s – but you will not be able to edit them after saving, unless they are transferred back to you.
As Editor of your eFlightLog domain, you can edit all bookings.
Once a booking has the status ‚booked‘, it can not be deleted. A booked flight must be cancelled before it can be deleted by an Editor.
