In FlightFlan you can reserve aircraft and instructors for a certain period by making a booking.
FlightPlan can be displayed in 4 different views: List, Week, Month or Year:
- List: A list of all your bookings (all bookings for Employees). Bookings can be created / edited here.
- Week: (Standard) A calendar showing all aircraft allocated to you and all flight instructors in the selected week, with booked time-slots shown in the corresponding field. Bookings can be created / edited here.
- Month A calendar showing the selected month, otherwise as in Week view. Bookings can be created / edited here.
- Year: No bookings are possible in Year view. Clicking on a field in the calendar opens the calendar in Week view, showing the week of the selected day.
As pilot you see the aircraft that have been allocated to you and all instructors in the calendar views (Week / Month / Year).
In List view you see only your own bookings.
As employee you see all bookings of all aircraft and instructors in calendar view and list view.
